| 2008 autolock feature Morning all, Just picked up a 2008 ford escape XLT 2 fwd. When I put it into gear the doors do not lock, I have checked the manual and said it is an option that you need to change on the info display. My question is what is the option you need in order to have the autolock feature. I would think its a standard option for the XLT. But Im wondering if its only on the limited escape. If not would it be a computer update? something to check with the dealer? Thanks for your help |

| If you have the message center there is a way to turn it off and on otherwise it will need to be done at the dealership with the ids through programable options. |

| Did you get this figured out?
Look at starting page 82 in your owners manual and it will describe the procedure on what to do? |
