Anybody swap Message Center into non-message model?

I'm always up for a mod, and I was looking at all the cool things the message center can display. Problem is: my '05 did not come with that option.

Has anybody swapped a non-message center dash module, with one with the message center? Just curious if it can be done, and if there is all the proper wiring already in existence to complete the task and get it working properly.

I have asked this question on another forum that I am on. The answer that I got is no. The wiring is not there for it. You can get the wiring, but it's expensive and I think you need to connect it to your SJB. Not 100% sure on that but from what I found it was going to be more of a pain than what it is worth.

Thanks for the info. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I suppose there must be more than a few support components required to make it all work.
