 07 escape gear shift housing inside car
I'm having problems with my escape. After I turn the car off, the key won't go to the position to take it out. It stops just short of that, like it would be on auxiliary. Sometimes, the gear shift will be able to come out of park when the brake isn't depressed. I'm thinking that the problem is under the housing of the gear shift. Can anyone tell me how to remove the housing to get underneath it all? Thanks
