Ford Escape The Ford Escape has been thoroughly updated, reinforcing the character and appeal that have made it America's perennial best-selling small sport-utility vehicle. The improvements nearly cover the spectrum, and inject a new level of refinement. We'd call the Escape a little truck among small SUVs. Its new styling deliberately invokes Ford's larger, truck-based SUVs.

Default 2009 Escape Limited - Audiophile

Is there a way on the 2009 Ford Escape Audiophile, when I choose Sirius, I can press the TEXT button to display artist/song. When I change to the next Sirius satellite, the display goes back to Channel and channel title. Is there a way to keep the artist/song on the display instead of the channel/channel number?

Thanks!

What is it? When changing satellites or channels? The OP is refering to satellites. If I remember, I'll check my '09 tomorrow.

I have found with my '09 Escape that when using a preset button to change Satellite Radio Channels the display will change back to the station name. If using the steering wheel controls the display will remain at the track/artist information.
