Default 05 Ford Escape draw draining battery
I just bought an 05 Ford Escape XLT and the seller certainly didn't volunteer the fact that there is a draw SOMEWHERE that drains the battery overnight. Does anyone have any suggestions or have heard of such an issue?

Have the battery checked. If the battery is junk this will happen very easy.

I'm having a similar problem with an 05 XLT. Every couple of months, engine won't even turn over. The instruments just jiggle a bit. A jump start and it goes. Replaced battery, no fix. The dealer recently replaced the instument cluster because they detected a power drain there but the problem has re-appeared.

Any suggestions???
