1. Marketing department decides, based on maximum comfort to passengers.
2. Engineering decides on a general pressure setting that covers all possible
brands/types of tires that could be installed, even those with lower than 44 PSI maximum sidewall pressures.
3. Marketing and engineering compromise on the selection of tire pressure.
