Ford Escape The Ford Escape has been thoroughly updated, reinforcing the character and appeal that have made it America's perennial best-selling small sport-utility vehicle. The improvements nearly cover the spectrum, and inject a new level of refinement. We'd call the Escape a little truck among small SUVs. Its new styling deliberately invokes Ford's larger, truck-based SUVs.

Default 2007 Escape Aux Input?

Just got a 2007 Ford Escape a few weeks ago, and I've been unable to find the AUX input jack. The manual that came with the car is for the 2008 model, which is pretty different when it comes to interior features. I've searched more or less everywhere in the car and haven't found an AUX jack.

Where is the jack, or how do I connect my iPod to the stereo (without using an FM transmitter)?

Default Same problem

Hey. I'm having the same problem.
I'm lost w/o my iPod.. and the FM Transmitters suck.
There's got to be a way to hook up the iPod.. Does the Aux button work?
Is there a way to hook up to it? What about the "sat" button? Could we go that route?
I have the "audiophile" 6-CD changer sound system. What are the options?

idk about the escape but i'm guessing if it is not in plain view it doesn't exist. BUT..if you have a cassette player you can get one of those ipod cassette adapters for about $10. my friend uses one and it works fine. doesn't destroy the quality like an itrip does
