2002 xlt w/ flashing headlights

Anyone had problems with daytime driving lights flashing. Happens after vehicle has been started and running for a few minutes. Alot of people get out of the way because it looks like we are driving an emergency vehicle! Checked everything from servicing of coolant, brakes, trans axles, transmission and power steering fluids, battery to electrical junction boxes and fuse panels. Any help is greatly appreciated.
