Ford Escort Ford Escort ZX2 is a hot-looking compact coupe with a rakish design. Yet its handsome interior reveals a roomy back seat and surprisingly large trunk. ZX2 provides responsive handling and good road manners and its engine delivers decent power. At the same time, the ZX2 is a practical car, with plenty of room in the back seats for friends.

Default 92 escort wiper/ hearer fan problem

I have a 92 escort wagon, the heater fan and wioers will both quit working at the same time, and at random they will both start working again as the car is being driven. the outside temperature seems to affect this. if its cold they wont work and as it gets warmer they start working again. any ideas?

Default 92 escort wiper/ heater fan trouble

I have a 92 escort wagon with a intermittent windshield wiper/ heater fan problem. they both quit working at the same time, and they will both start working again as the car is being driven. the outside temp seems to have an effect on this. if its cold they dont want to work, and when its warm they are more likely to start working again. any ideas?

First inspect for a possible loose or detached wiring. If you can find any dealer wiring diagrams use that to trace the wire harness where it passes through the firewall. If your Ford Escort circuits are protected by circuit breakers then high resistance might be making them heat up.
