 1992 Mercury Tracer automatic tranny leak
Just picked up a 92 mercury tracer wagon with an automatic tranny. the tranny is leaking where the engine and it meet. does this sound like an input shaft seal? what kind of cost does it take to rebuild these things?
how hard is it to remove the transmission yourself? they dont seem to look too complicated to get it removed?
anybody have a similar leak? what was the culprit?
if more info is needed, let me know. any help would be appreciated...
