Ford Escort Ford Escort ZX2 is a hot-looking compact coupe with a rakish design. Yet its handsome interior reveals a roomy back seat and surprisingly large trunk. ZX2 provides responsive handling and good road manners and its engine delivers decent power. At the same time, the ZX2 is a practical car, with plenty of room in the back seats for friends.

If the cat isnt there there the sensors read a mirror image of each other and it turns on the cel unless you install a simulator to fool the pcm.

an exhaust manifold from the older escort gt with a 1.9 will work, it will eliminate your cat it replaces the manifold and cat, but it will hang a bit lower. You can go over to feoa.net and check it out many people have done this to their scorts ard it can be fairly cheap.
