Ford Escort Ford Escort ZX2 is a hot-looking compact coupe with a rakish design. Yet its handsome interior reveals a roomy back seat and surprisingly large trunk. ZX2 provides responsive handling and good road manners and its engine delivers decent power. At the same time, the ZX2 is a practical car, with plenty of room in the back seats for friends.

Default For the love of God...

Please stop calling them 'scorts!!! They aren't some sort of skirt/short hybrid they are a car who's name takes very little effort to pronounce the 'e'. It is nothing like calling a Mustang a Stang or a Corvette a Vette. This isn't some high performance car that sounds just as cool without the first syllable, it is a sport compact economy car that, once eliminating the first syllable, makes it sound like something that parents make their 5 year old daughters wear in the summer!

I can see why call it an scort since the e isn't pronounced <think spelt that right) but you have a good point it is dumb.
