Two Oxygen Sensors??

Two Oxygen Sensors??

I replaced the O2 sensor on my 97 Escort (2.0 SOHC). The one I replaced was right up top behind the heat shield. But after I installed it, I got to looking around and noticed that there is what looks like another O2 sensor underneath just behind the cat. The parts store did ask me if the sensor was before or after the cat, but I just assumed there was only one sensor and it was in only one of the locations. Sooo, is there two O2 sensors to replace, or do I have something weird going on??
