My rear defroster/defogger switch has broken and I'm now attempting to replace it with an illuminated on/off aftermarket rocker switch. Problem is, there are five (5) leads in the harness connecting to the stock switch, but only three (3) terminals on the replacement switch: "supply volts" (+), "on ACC." (load?), and "earth-ground" (-). What's in parentheses is what I'm pretty certain each of the quoted labels mean. But which lead corresponds to these three terminals? Will the new switch make things work as they are supposed to (turn on switch, element in the rear window gets hot) without the use of the two (2) extra leads? Just need some help identifying the leads and knowing whether this switch will work for the needed application
