Default 1999 Ford Escort Se help?
Hey everyone I had question about how to remove the ac/heating/cassette player-circular console from my 1999 Ford Escort SE. Any suggestions, bc I havent been able to find anything on the web about it. I want to put in a cd player and keep my ac and heating but have no idea where to start. Please someone help me thanks!

There are some u shaped tool that fit in the holes on each side of the football.You probably can buy the removal tolls at the same place you buy your installation kit.

Make sure to pull the hot/cold cable off the side of the heater core box. It is on the driver-side. You'll see the cable run to a circular part with a white plastic center. The white plastic is the retainer peice. I think you have to spread center to pull the cable out.
