Question Replacing the Belt that runs the alternator etc..need chart!
Hi..I have a 95 ford Escort LX Wagon. We are trying to replace the belt that broke. My dad is 81 and out there now trying to get it on without the proper tools. He just asked me to come on here and see if I could find a chart or diagram to make sure he has it on the little wheels right. Sorry I am not the one fixing it and am not sure of the words to use. The belt runs the alternator and other things. It has like 5 little wheels to go around. The belt he got is K060532 6pk1353 by gates. Any help is much appreciated. It is our only vehicle and we need it running.

I hope this helps. There is a spring loaded tensioner that needs to move to allow the belt to get in position on the pulleys.
