Removing guage cluster? 1995 Ford excort

Removing guage cluster? 1995 Ford excort

1995 Ford escort 4 door full load with a 5 speed.

Some loser broke into my car and decided to jab the guage cluster with a screw driver and broke a few guages.

Can anyone give my step-by step or some tips/adive on removing it and installing another used one.

Any tricks, do you have to remove the whole dash pad or do you have to drop the column Or?
