Default 98 zx2 starter location???
I got the car up on stands got the haynes manual and i can't seem to locate the starter. The manual told me to take off the air intake manifold so I did. I still don't see it.
I just need some direction here.

I don't have personal knowledge, but this always works: follow the starter cable from solenoid down "there" to the starter...

Te solenoid is on the starter. The starter is on the firewall side of the engine, kind of towards the top. If i remember correctly i took out the whole air cleaner assembly along with the battery and tray to make access easier.
