Question fule line different
have pulled the bown 99 escort engine and have a 97 escort engine to put in its place, but the 97 has 2 fule lines and the 99 had only one. what are my options to install the 97 to the 99. change tank, or injector unit, or sending unit on tank. both are 2.0. or is there another option. help A.S.A.P. would like to finnish this weekend.

Just finnished a look over my escorts.. seems that the 99 has 2 lines also. one from filter to engine and other hooked up somware on engine and goes to evap port then a line back to tank from evap port. The 97 has 2 lines also but does not seem to go to an evap port that i can see. It seems to hook up to the intake on passenger side( think this is the line in) then on drivers side intake and return to tank. I was told a 97 escort was a match for a 99 escort (plug and play) but seems not. HELP!
