Unhappy High HC Emissions Help!!!!
Hi my ford escort 1.4 lx failed mot on high HYdrocarbon emissions, has anyone got any ideas as to how I lower them.

I am a student this is my first car, I am trying to get it through mot to learn to driver. So I am Sad Help!!!!!!
