Default 98 Ford Escort Tranny issue!!
My car has a few of the things people on here talk about. But at this moment my main concern is the transmission. Sometimes it acts like it can't fiind the right gear, maybe one too low or one too high. also when i go to take off sometimes it will jerk like its tryin to figure out the gear, then finally does, usually with a hard shift!!! I want to know if anyone has any clues? First mechanic told me it was some Modulator that controlled the fluid volume in the tranny, but wasn't sure. Second guy today tells me its the Solenoid Pak. But two different mechanics, two different answers!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
