Removal of side panel to access quater panel in rear seat area.

I need to remove the side panel in the back seat on the passenger side to access the inside of the quarter panel on my 1999 ZX2.
I got a dent in this area and in order to pound it out I must remove the interior panel.
Has anybody performed this task and if so, what is the secret of not destroying the plastic in the process?
I can't find any screws or plugs that may contain screws, so does this panel just snap off and do you have to take out the back seat.
I need all the details for this operation as I don't want to mess up the panel.
I'm going to have Dentpro do the job as my paint was not broken or scratched.
