Ford EscortFord Escort ZX2 is a hot-looking compact coupe with a rakish design. Yet its handsome interior reveals a roomy back seat and surprisingly large trunk. ZX2 provides responsive handling and good road manners and its engine delivers decent power. At the same time, the ZX2 is a practical car, with plenty of room in the back seats for friends.
My right rear light works but the brake light doesn't come on. The third light -the bigger one in the rear window is also out. Where do you change the bulb and/or fuse? Should I go ahead and replace the other side too? Do you need to replace the whole thing or just the bulb? May sound silly but my last car was a 71 and a lot easier to figure out. I haven't been able to find any diagrams, etc on the net.
Open the hatch and where the taillights are will be 3 screws, remove them and replace bulbs. For the third break light there should be to christmas tree plastic rivits pop tose and there you go. Hope this helps.
