Default installing a new fuel pump
hello all-
I toook my 1998 escort to the shop because I was not able to figure out what was wrong with it. they told me a need a new fuel pump and quoted my 750.00 to fix it. I can not afford this and I will be doing it myself. anyone have any advice they can give about how to go about this. I am in WA and I will also need to find a wrecking yard to pull another pump from.

I believe a TSB was announced about fuel pump replacement, something about non OEM replacements. Thats about all the info i know on these cars.
