Does anybody know when i can get a bigger camshaft for my 1995 escort lx with the 1.9L? I can't seem to find any supplier offering one. if u have any idea let me know. Thanks

Yeah, they weld up the lobes and recut them. But be wary with spring pressures, coil bind, seal clearance.

I'd reccomend having the head put on a flow bench, finding/checking for fastest air speed and cfm at given lifts and using that to determine camshaft duration and lift.
