Unhappy Someone Please help Me

I have a 2000 V10 Ford Excursion and it will not start at all It seems like it wants to turnover but it won't it was working find last night. I have been reading alot about it may be the fuel pump ( where is that located and how do I change it) I was thinking about the fuel relay( where is that located) Can someone please help me Thanks

Also check the cam safety sensor (or whatever its called) will turnover but if it starts will quitshortly after or will not start at all. Simple fix
