I have a 2005 Excursion . Took it to Dobbs Frod in Memphis for and Oil Change . Got home checked the coolant and the resovior was empty . Filled it with a little more than a gallon . What would be the cause of this ? And can't believe they didnt check it when they did the oil change . The Ex is a 6.0 . Anyone know what might cause this . I have heard nightmare stories . The truck also has 84k miles on it. Thanks in advance .
