Default REAR END NOISe?

Hey , I recently purchased a used Ford Ex. 4X4 Disel . It has 33k miles on it . I expercied some rear end noise while going 50 mph . I took it in to the dealer and they said I had a bent drive shaft and replaced it . Now this week the truck would make a popping noise when a turned left or right and it doesnt do it all the time . Well it doesnt do it all the time and the dealer hasnt heard it , I thought it was the rear diff. and something wrong with the clutches in the positive traction but come to it doesnt have positive traction , so I don"t know what that is , any help would be good . Also yesterday while going 70 mph to 80 mph a deep roaring noise and vibration was coming from the rear again , basically the some noise before the new drive shaft . The tech says he doesnt hear it but its unmistable , do any of you exprienced Excursion owners know what these problems couild stem from ? Any help would make me happy , I'M READY TO SELL IT !

isn't a little funny to be at least 2+ years old with only 33,000 miles on it?
