My 2003 XLT had a problem starting this morning. When I turned the key the motor did not turn over and there was a buzzing sound coming from my fuse box. I removed the cover and pressed on the relay switches and found that #3 was the one causing the sound. It stopped buzzing and the motor turned over but still did not start. I then reset my fuel pump with the reset button in the rear of the truck and it started up. My answer seems obvious, I need to replace the relay switch, but has anyone else had this problem?
