01 Expedition door lock frozen?

I've got an 01 4X4 e.b.. 75K miles warranty just expired!

Here's the problem, one of the rear door locks fails to open and close with the others, you can move it manualy and I can see it just barely move when the other go up or down. So I'm thinking the actruator (solenoid) what ever it is has failed or has a very bad connection(no enough current to move it all the way) kinda like a battery witha bad connection...

1. Anyone else have this problem?

2. How do you get to the part to replace/verify it's operation?

3. Where can I get a deal on a replacement part?

remove inside door panel to access...search for ford oem discount parts online
