Ford Expedition True expeditions require additional transportation conveyances: horses, boats, cars, for example. With a towing capacity around 9,000 pounds, the Ford Expedition can tow any of these. Ford adds a new top end King Ranch model for 2008, as well as an available rear backup camera and power-retractable running boards. The Expedition is meant for utility, not posing.

Default 97 Epedition XL fog light issue

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I need to do to get my fog lights to work. I had only inserts where the fog lights were. I added the lights and connected the harness to them and figured out that the headlight switch pulls out to turn the fog lights on but still no power. I checked fuses and heard theres a relay but I can not find the location for it. Please help.

There is one thing that I figured out is that if you didn't have OEM fogs there...then there may not be any relay/wiring setup to do so.
Meaning that if you are doing this after the fact then you may need to run a relay and wires to the fogs.

I suspect that the wiring is there, and that you just need to add the relay, I also suspect that the socket for the relay is also already present.

IE pick up a relay and plug it in.

I hope for your sake, that I am right. lol

Default fog lights

Yeah, the wiring is there and connected to the fog lights but im not sure where the relay would go and what relay to get. I have researched my Hanes book and theres not detail on where to find that specific relay.
