Ford adds a new top end King Ranch model for 2008, as well as an available rear backup camera and power-retractable running boards. The Expedition is meant for utility, not posing.
2000 Eddie Bauer Expedition, Intermittent Door Locks and Speedo Issue
I own a 2000 Eddie Bauer Expedition. Love it. There are two (2) issues going on currently:
1) Driver door automatic lock/unlock works fine. If I try to unlock the passenger door from the driver’s side or the two (2) doors behind me, it functions intermittently. It's normally takes me 2x/3x to open the doors. Same results whether engine is on/off. What is the remedy?
2) Speedometer and gas gauge. The digital odometer/mileage light has been going out off and on. And, now the gas gauge is displaying inaccurate information. For instance, I added $20 worth of gas and the gauge shows I have zero miles left in my gas tank. Anyone know of the remedy?
