Engine noise ar almost impossible to diagnosis by remote. Could be lifetrs or it could be just low on oil.

It also has 110k on the clock would now be a good time for a tune up if so what kind.

If you don't know the maintenance history I would say it is time for a cooling system flush and a full tune up. Plugs, wires, air filter, PCV valve, hose and grommet and don;t forget the fuel filter.
[quote Also the accelerator peddle sticks when i first use it and need to push it down hard but after that it works normaly, is this something that can be fixed with a can WD40?[/quote]
NO !
Any oil could make it worse. Find out what is really wrong. If the cable is really sticking, replace it ! You don't want it to stick returning to idle !!
