Check to see if compressor is kicking on. If it is, does it cycle really fast? (clutch kicks in/out continuously) Could be low on freon. If compressor does not kick on at all, could be low enuf on freon that pressure switch won't let it cycle. Need to unplug switch and use a small piece of wire (bent in u shape) to jump female side of plug, this will/should kick on compressor and tell you if it works.
