Reverse parking sensors --- Please help!

I have a 2003 Expedition EB that has the reverse backup parking sensors and they were functioning just fine. I took it to a mechanic to change the light bulb on my instrument panel for the turn signals. When I got home and was backing up I noticed that the sensors were not working. I went through the menu on instrument panel display to make sure it didn't get turned off but now its not even listed in the menu to turn it off or on. It just disappeared like its not even an option. It was working just fine and now it doesn't and its not even there to turn it back on. Does anyone know what could have happened or what I can do? Also, my Expy has the reverse mirrors that move down when I put it in reverse and those are not working either and they are not in the menu. I have no idea what could have happened and what I can do.

Look in your owner's manual and see if there is a fuse for that stuff, and check it.

My guess though is that a connector got disconnected in the instrument panel, when removing and installing the dash bulb.

I would take it back and let them know what happen so they can troubleshoot it.

I already took it back and he plugged in a diagnostic computer and it didn't detect anything wrong. He pulled everything back out and checked all the connections and everything looked fine. He says he has no idea what the problem could be. I have been hoping to figure it out before I have to take it to the Ford dealer and spend $$$. But, so far, its looking like I don't have any other options.

And then also, today for some reason when I pulled out the key my seats didn't move back like they usually do for the easy exit seat option. I pushed the menu button and it said "Easy exit seat data error". Later on in the day I put in a new battery and after the battery was in, I noticed that the easy exit seat option wasn't listed in my menu now either. This is getting really strange. First, the reverse backup disappeared from the menu and now the easy exit seat disappeared. I dont know what's going on. Maybe it could be a computer going out or something?
