battery discharges quickly with key on

replaced my GEM module as my battery would discharge while setting. When I shut the engine off and turn the key to the on position the battery reads fully charged, seconds later with the key still in the on position, the battery suddenly discharges. Does anyone have an idea whats causing this?

If it were me, I would manually check the battery voltage with a DVOM or volt meter, then I would check the cables at the battery, alternator, power junction block, and starter, and look for loose connections. If you find nothing wrong, then I would blame it on Ford's wonderful electrical configuration.
