'01 Explorer Sport idles a bit rough

Ford Explorer Ford Explorer is a midsize SUV with body-on-frame construction. Available with V6 or V8 power, the Explorer competes against the TrailBlazer, Grand Cherokee, 4Runner, and Pathfinder. Explorer was completely redesigned in 2006 and we were pleased with the new steering, new suspension, and new brakes, all of which were vastly improved over the previous-generation.

'01 Explorer Sport idles a bit rough

Just bought this 2001 Explorer Sport.

Seems to idle a litte rough when put into gear, shifting to neutral smooths it out ? Runs fine at highway speed. Just put some fuel cleaner in and hoping that fixes it.

Perhaps needs a tune up, or maybe just a EGR valve ? One of the spark plugs looks impossible to get to, the rear right one I believe. Suggestions, thanks in advance.
