Ford Explorer Ford Explorer is a midsize SUV with body-on-frame construction. Available with V6 or V8 power, the Explorer competes against the TrailBlazer, Grand Cherokee, 4Runner, and Pathfinder. Explorer was completely redesigned in 2006 and we were pleased with the new steering, new suspension, and new brakes, all of which were vastly improved over the previous-generation.

Default 2000 ford explorer problems

well my buddies drivers window dosent roll down. we took the door panel off and the window dosent stay attached to the actual lift arm. we tried some adhesive and it didnt work. it seems like the two brackets that attach to the window are supposed to move because when you roll the window up they seem to move inward. im not real sure what to do hopefully someone can help

Ditto, I have the same problem. I still haven't had a chance to disassemble the door to diagnose and try to repair, but when I do, I will post some info
