Ford F - Series The Ford F-Series lineup offers a plethora of models for every occasion or occupation, starting below $20,000 and climbing beyond double that. The F-Series line offers something on the order of 75 permutations, more than some car companies' entire lineups. All are capable of work or play, even those models with luxurious interiors, and all have four doors.

Question Considering an F-350

Hello, I am considering an f-250 sd or an f-350 sd but i need four wheel drive i know theres diffrent types of 4x4 theres the FX4 the 4x4 off road and the 4x4 but whats the diffrence? i am looking at the xlt package plow mount and all those other goodies as well i looked in te 2001-1003 range and i found an f-350 xlt 4x4 off raod with 55,000 miles on it it also hads the western plow mount and a 8-ton pintle hitch as well. My little 96 ranger isnt sutied for my work needs anymore. we have a cable reel trailer that i will be pulling a good 40 miles a night depending when I need it. and the darn thing weighs as much as the ranger lol. or im thinking of just going balls out and getting a F-450 duper duty. money isnt an object right now because the company will pay 75% instead of the 50 cents a mile they would pay anyways but see i need this buy next monday so any help would be great. thanks
