97 F-150 Compressor / Clutch issue? Please help!

Hello everyone!

I have a 97 Ford F-150 with a 4.2L engine. Last week I noticed a faint squeak when the engine was running. I pulled the belt off and started turning the pulleys by hand. I got to the AC Pulley and found where my squeak was coming from. Also while turning the pulley, it seemed to bind just slightly. Anyhow this evening I was driving home and had to kick on The Defroster. When I did this, it worked just fine, but as it started heating up in the cab, I turned the temp control knob over to cool and it continued blowing hot. I came to a stoplight and had to stop so I started messing with it. Well it turned out that when I was not accelerating, the air started blowing cold. Once I took off from the light, it started blowing hot again. I got home, popped the hood and started looking around. Again with the engine idling the temp control was working fine. I then had a friend get in the cab and kick on the AC. When she turned on the AC, the clutch seemed to kick in okay and the pulley was turning fine, although the squeak was still there. The AC Was blowing out cool but not cold as it usually is. After this, I noticed that the AC Hose (Upper) had some oil residue on it. So maybe I lost all the oil in the compressor or something. Anyway I guess I am looking for someone that could she some light on this. Am I looking at getting a new compressor, clutch, hose? Maybe all of the above?
