ford f150 radio problems

I have a stock radio in my 05 ford f150 it is a 6 disc cd changer and I am trying to get the screen on the radio to display the name of the song and the name of the artist. How do I do this?? Thanks for responses

you can only get text from the cd if the radio is mp3 player
and you can only get text from the radio fm if you have RDS if not this not possible

You do not need to make an mp3 cd to have cd-text. You can make a normal cd that plays in normal cd-players and displays text on qualified players if you do it right. " CD-Text - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia " for help if you care. I just like correcting people. sorry.
