Remove the column cover. Just under the ignition switch is a small hole. Using a pick or other small device, insert into the hole and turn the key to on. You will feel the button depress as you turn the key and the key tumbler will come out.

On all of mine, you don't have to remove the cover. Looking up from under the column cover, you have 4 holes. Three of them have screws in them, the other one is where you insert an awl or pick or whatever will fit. With the key in the ignition in the RUN position. push up on the awl and pull the ignition cylinder out. DO NOT REMOVE THE KEY. DO NOT TURN THE KEY.
