Default 93 F150 I6 spout connector?

Can't find anything near dist that looks like it.There's something that looks like a crank sensor.Is that it?All data says its in line, but gives no description where or pics.

There isn't a crank sensor on the 4.9 300" six cylinder. Follow the harness at the distributor, in line will be a plug. When setting the timing unplug it.

There shouldn't be a power supply. Ill get you a picture of my 95 tommorow night.

Thanks Jonmark,How would the ECU control the hall unit if not plugged in.I'll try it ?

The ignition module will still be hooked up, I believe they have a total of six wires running to the module. The spout connector is only one wire of the six to the module. When you unplug this the timing function of the ECU and ICM are set and advance or retard will not happen. After you set the timing plug back in the spout connector and the normal timing curves will return.
