I had the same problem with my '80 and it was worn out axle pivot bushings. That truck is too new to have anything worn out, so it means something is about to fall off. Get it to a front end man before you kill yourself. If you want to try and locate the problem yourself, jack the truck up so that there is no pressure on the front wheels and grab each one and rock it up and down and back and forth while looking at all the suspension components. The problem should become apparent. If not, seek professional help!

Take it back to ford and complain and if its still under warranty then they should fix it for free

Vibration or hard shaking can be caused by a lot of different things. As others have said, take it to your dealership as soon as you can. They have the diagnostic tools and access to Ford engineers and service bulletins, if needed. If you think of it, please make a note of what you were doing when the vibration occurs (towing, accelerating, turning, etc.) and share that with the mechanic.

I had the same problem with my 2005 F-350 Super Duty and I brought it in under warranty. They ended up replacing the stabilizer shock and re-torquing all the front end bolts. They told me at the dealership that some people are having problems and some arent. My girlfriend just went on a road trip recently and it started shaking again anytime she went over 60mph. So gonna be making another warranty appointment.
