littlejimmy Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Posts: 9	89 f-150 ignition switch Hello, I have a question about the ignition on my 89 pickup. I bought the truck in 92 and have replaced the rack in the switch three or four times and I think I will need a new one again soon. Today I had to use a plyers to turn the key over and sort of wiggle it to get it to engage the starter. Is it normal that this wears out or do I have other problems?
