F150 Transmission acting up

javadano Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 1	F150 Transmission acting up i have a 2001 F150 TritonV8 4x4 and when she runs great...except when she gets warm. i drive 20 miles to work and after about 17 miles on the highway, getting off the exit ramp, when i accellarate, the transmission seems to slip or jerk a little at slow speeds until it gets up to speed. I changed the tranny filter, but did not do a complete flush. i am assuming this is the first time the filter/fluid has been changed (at 70k now) as the little white plug was still in the pan. thoughts anyone?
