I have purchased a 2004 F-150 Crew Lariat 4X4 with 24,800 miles and a leveler kit. I have noticed a clunk in the rear end. Some have told me that Ford is know for suspension roll. If I concentrate on my take off I can with smooth excelleration prohibit the clunk. With normal, could care less, driving it almost always clunks on take off. It is still under warranty, but I have little trust in dealerships up here in Alaska. Anybody else have this noise?
The same thing was happening with my dad's truck, a 2004 F-150 XL 4X2 w/ limited slip. They said that some of the rear ends weren't built properly, and his was replaced for free.
