Ford F - Series The Ford F-Series lineup offers a plethora of models for every occasion or occupation, starting below $20,000 and climbing beyond double that. The F-Series line offers something on the order of 75 permutations, more than some car companies' entire lineups. All are capable of work or play, even those models with luxurious interiors, and all have four doors.

Default cargo and dome light stays on

on my 94 f150 4x4 truck the cargo and dome light will not go off, stays on all the time. The panel light switch has no effect on it in the off or on position. Door buttons either.
Any help would be appriciated.
thanks

You will have to clean the Door Ajar Switch.
It should be a button switch in the door jamb. Or it's in the latch.
Try spraying Wd-40 in the door latch mechanism. Then open and close the door a few times. Both sides

I make it a habit to spray White Lito Grease into the Latches and HingePins afew times a year to prevent this.
