Red face F-150, driver door lock, keyless does not work when door is closed
Hello,Thank you for allowing me to join this site. I Have owned several Ford vehicles in my life and I like em. I currently own a 2003 F-150 Supercrew 4x4 and I love it. However, there is a small problem with the drivers door lock. While the door is closed and latched, the keyless remote will not lock or unlock, that door only? The lock and unlock buttons work electrically all the time, door open or closed. The key will unlock the door so I can gain entry. when the door is open the keyless will work to lock and or unlock the door. In addition, when I put the truck in drive and release the brake all the doors will automatically lock...except the driver door? Any suggestions?
