Default 2005 F250 Front End Problems
Our construction company has several 2005 and 2006 F-250 4WD Superduties experiencing similar problems. There is a bad vibration while driving in general, but when you hit a rough spot in a highway at say 50+ the front end violently shakes like a tire blow-out. We replaced the steering dampers and had the tires rotated/balanced. This reduced it some, but vibration still occurs. This is consistent on at least 3 trucks. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Other minor problems:

Spedometer goes hay-wire. This has happened on at least 3 trucks.

Horn goes off by itself at random. This has happened on 2 trucks.

Any ideas on these??
